We're sorry, but we only supply products in the finishes and materials seen on the website. But we regularly update our collections, so keep an eye open for our range extensions or sign up to our newsletter here to be the first to hear about new or updated collection
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE CARRIERS LOSE MY PARCEL?
This rarely happens, however, if you have not received your order, please call customer services and we'll be able to investigate further for you.
I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN MY ORDER - UNDER 3 DAYS
As we're based online, we understand that sometimes a piece of furniture might not be quite what you imagined. So we give all of our customers 3 days to return any item - even if it's not damaged.
However, if it goes over 3 days and you have simply changed your mind we are unable to arrange for this item to be returned to us.

I'VE RECEIVED A FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEM
At AmberandEllis.com, we do our best to ensure the quality of all our products. Despite the series of quality checks, occasionally products do arrive with damage. Should your product not arrive in perfect condition, our dedicated Customer Care Team is on hand to resolve the issue and to advise on the best solution, including refund or repair options.
In order to help us assess the situation, we need you to respond within 48 hours of receiving the goods and ask that you send a photograph of the product fault to accounts@amberandellis.com along with your contact number and we can proceed from there.
