DELIVERY CHARGES AND SERVICES

You’ll be charged for each product, so if you’re ordering more than one, the total delivery cost will be added up and shown at checkout - here’s a full breakdown:

Delivery will happen within 48 hours of dispatch from the Manufacturer. On the day of delivery you will get an SMS text message and email letting you know that delivery will take place between 9:00 and 17:00. If you are not there to take delivery, a card will be left and you will be able to collect the product(s) from your local post office at your convenience

Please note: Delivery will be made to your door and packaging will not be taken away, similarly the courier will only deliver to ground level for flats, in which it will be not be taken up floors higher.

All Items are delivered within 3-5 working days unless specified Otherwise

Up to  5kg and maximum size of 40cm x 30cm x15cm £7.00
Up to 10 kg and maximum size of 60cm x 70cm x 100  £8.99
Up to 20 kg and maximum size of 60cm x 70cm x 100  £12.99
Up to 25 kg and maximum size of 50cm x 70cm x 110  £14.99
Up to 30 kg and maximum size of 50cm x 70cm x 110   £16.99

Damaged Items:

We all understand this problem.  All the couriers we use have insurance. It will be your responsibility to ensure you YOURSELF notifies us of damages within 24 hours complete with photos and proper description of damage. You MUST clarify if the item was well packed and if the packaging was damaged did they sign as " box damaged"

IF I ORDER SEVERAL ITEMS, WILL THEY BE DELIVERED AT THE SAME TIME?

It depends. Our furniture is made by a number of different manufacturers, so items can arrive at our distribution centre at different times. That's why we have to charge delivery for each item, rather than each order.

HOW CAN I CONTACT THE DELIVERY COMPANY?

We work with several delivery companies, and there's no point contacting them until we've dispatched your item to them, at which point we'll be able to give you more specific details. They'll contact you directly when this happens too, so don't worry. We'll update you at every stage of the delivery process until then, but if you have any questions, do get in touch with us.

IT'S BEEN LONGER THAN THE ESTIMATED LEAD TIME AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Firstly, we'd like to apologise. We work hard with our manufacturers to reduce lead times and avoid delays, which we let you know about as and when they arise. If you've been waiting longer than you should have and you haven't heard from us , get in touch with us and we'll give you the latest info.
